- you will be given tasks in lunch time too that turns to be a common thing. - they say they care, but honestly they dont - Despite consistent performance and dedication, asking for a raise often felt like asking for a personal favor or borrowing money, rather than being recognized for merit and contribution. - no transparent communication from management - lack of boundaries and professionalism at the leadership level. - There was a tendency to judge employees based on superficial factors such as the type of car they drove or their family situation. --Personal questions about family planning—such as whether you intend to have more children—were asked under the guise of operational planning, which often felt intrusive and inappropriate.
