Overall a positive environment. I value the independence, management allowing me to do my job. Team members who really care about each other and work together to achieve a shared purpose/goal.

Have agendas for meetings, that way staff knows what is going to be discussed, less time guessing what will be discussed. Reduce the email noise. Take the time to create concise emails. Read colleagues emails... we have so much information coming in, sometimes we do not read emails.

Yes, vacation time is currently limited to 5 days, which I feel is unfair. Based on previous conversations, I understand this is due to business needs and ensuring proper coverage. However, we're encouraged to take time off during quieter periods, which leaves us in situations where multiple colleagues are booking time off at once. This can leave us short-staffed. As a senior team member, I believe I should have more flexibility in using my vacation time, especially with my growing family. I understand the need to balance business priorities, but it’s also important to consider the employee’s needs in this equation.
