Steady work but broken promises on hiring employees - Recensione dipendente - Operations presso Canadian Natural

This company promises to hire on everyone as an employee during their interviews but never follows through. I was told 6 months to a year to become an employee. After two years with perfect performance reviews and multiple requests from Forman me to be hired on - nothing has happened. I have multiple co-workers in the same position. Years of being on hold due to an apparent “hiring freeze”. The company has record stock prices, $100 oil, the area I work in is profiting hundreds of millions of dollars per year yet we’re all told that we can’t be hired on at the moment. If you take a job with this company don’t expect any reward for doing good work. They show no loyalty to hard working and competent team members.
