- VERY unethical company - Purposefully trying to lower engineers salary in the Oil & Gas industry - Do not value their people or live by their mission statement to "develop people" - Minimal training - Would never pay for any training - Very low salary for Fort McMurray fly-in-fly-out position where you are away from your family - Do not value development of young employees or employee retention - The company has a bad reputation and low pay, so the company cannot retain adequate employees (many employees can't write or communicate in satisfactory English)
