DO NOT WORK HERE ..NO INTEGRITY - Recensione dipendente - Quality Supervisor presso Canadian Solar

First there is nothing Canadian about Canadian Solar. This is a Chinese Owned, China ran company. As a Quality Professional it was a slap in the face with so much this company tried to cut corners. My boss the Quality Manager signed off on manipulating paperwork to lie to the customer. He probably got his orders from his bosses. I reported all of this during an internal investigation with proof and nothing was done. The environment is toxic and littered with racism. The Chinese have made it clear that this will be a China led company. There was an employee who was let go for saying he wanted to rid all The Black People who worked there..and the people who initiated that the investigation should be done were forced out. They have allowed numerous employees from other countries to come and work..meanwhile it has taken away from American jobs. There was even a chat group amongst the leaders saying how dumb the American worker is. They try to run that place like an Asian sweat shop to be honest. They have not comformed to Americam Manufacturing techniques. They do have great automation but they cut corners at every turn. If their customers knew where to look they would probably cancel their contract. Again if you value integrity in what you do..stay far away from this place. The favoritism to Asians and lack of integrity will make you feel low.
