I have been involved with PSA for 7 years. The first 3.5 years I was a customer. The last 3.5 years I have been an employee. It is nice to work for a place who acknowledges your strengths and helps you overcome your weaknesses. They do what they say they are going to do as long as all factors are in their control. I have been given tasks that challenge me and as a result I have learned a lot about myself and other departments. It makes a huge difference in your quality of life when you work for a place that values you and wants to see you succeed. Not one day have I dreaded clocking in to work.
Svantaggi
Since this is all remote, I do not get to see my coworkers or customers face-to-face.
