They promote and pay based on your gender and who likes you, not how well you do your job. Work is piled on with no help provided until the employee is on the verge of a break-down. Corporate culture is toxic. The "Elite Spirit" in your Vision seems to translate to "Elitist"; if you're not an Arch or Engineer, you're nobody.
