Firm was very understanding of my special needs at home and was flexible when I needed to shift hours a little. 4. I would not hesitate to knock on the door and ask for a job. Very good firm to work for. 5. Firm has a very powerful reputation. While I have left Cannon to explore other opportunities , when contractors or consultants hear I worked at Cannon, it is instant recognition and respect.

1. Firm is very top heavy. Too many "senor executives" that have to get paid, most jobs are hurting for hours to complete due the "multiplier". 2. Due to the lack of hours, a lot of OT (unpaid) has to be worked to finish the job. 3. Some select workers get away with doing sub par work. 4. This will be the 3rd year with no/minimal raise the those still there.
