4yThank you for leaving this feedback. There’s a lot to unpack here, but please know we take every review we receive seriously, and we share it with firm leaders so we can continually improve.
We’re glad to hear you recognize our strong company culture, but we’re bummed to hear you didn’t experience strong mentorship and opportunities to grow—which are critical parts of our culture. We have a firmwide mentorship program that helps our employees get more involved in learning and skills development, and we’ll continue to work with our offices to ensure this program comes to life at the local level. We know this is especially important right now with the majority of our employees working from home considering COVID-19.
We’re also sorry to hear you were working long hours and weren’t getting the team management and scheduling support you needed. Work/life balance is important for all of us, and we will continue to focus on helping our employees create the balance they need.
Competitive and equitable salaries are also a priority for our firm, and a lot of research and analysis goes into annual salary decisions. We do pay equity reviews every year to ensure our salaries are competitive and equitable across our firm and consider factors such as employee level, geography, and market demand.
Thanks again for the review. We appreciate hearing the good and not-so-good and we use it all to make our firm a better place for our people.
