They do a lot of work so you have a chance to bounce around to find the type of work you are interested in (within reason).

It’s a top-heavy corporate firm, so there are a lot of higher up people that make good money, based on years with CannonDesign, but they can’t turn a computer on. I spent hundreds of hours translating hand drawn redlines and updating construction documents when all of that time and money could be saved if the first person just knew how to use modern technology. “I don’t do Revit” was a common response from these people.

We strive to maintain a culture of continuous learning and growth, and feedback like this is important to our growth. While expertise in Revit is important for certain roles, it's not the only skill that's necessary to design and deliver projects. Every project team member plays an important role, and these roles vary widely depending on the project's needs. Lots of corporate perks, ARE, remote work

Figure this out early. They are looking for strong corporate citizenship and follower of corporate culture. So, if you say the wrong thing around the water cooler, you will be seeing the HR soon. Be a zombie, get it right the first time and you will keep your job.
