Opportunity is there for younger staff to take ownership over their work & interests (if you want to work lots of OT). Good support for those pursuing licensure.

Poor project management and leadership leads to lots of unpaid overtime. Bad communication between project "leaders" leads to frustration for everyone, wasted time and poor financial performance for the project/firm (and more unpaid OT for junior staff). Programs in place to compensate employees for lots of overtime but they aren't used. Compensation generally average to below average for the field. No regular raises, minimal end of year bonuses. Experience of working here can be highly project dependent.
