It's Not a Software Company.. It's place for learning politics and doing politics with One and only One Lice ( Cheeda Purugu ) It's good college for learning and implementing the politics But Not for software growth... Management feels like College principal and HOD..... They don't know Software Industry environment.... They placed CC camera s for Checking how many Water bottles missing and How many times having coffe and tea.. And also management won't take care about works and tasks but will take about how many hours staying in office...

Suggested to freshers or experiences if you want to go back your school days (like 9 to 5 school and 5 to 9 tutions all things covered in cannysys) you can join in this company....

No proper work and need to work as slave.Not giving salaries, i was worked 4 months free without salary waste company. you can't learn work from there.

1. Took Certificates and then started black mailing. 2. One man rule (Other employee don't have any power not even HR) 3.Once there was no drinking water in the office. Reason, they didn't pay money to the water supplier. 4. No food, No tea or coffe, no extra benifit you can't even get your salary also 5. Worst management Worst work culture 6. Nothing to learn. 7.
