The coworkers I've had at this company have been top-notch. Smart, driven, and extremely friendly. I consider them family and many have gone on to do amazing things elsewhere. Canopy also has some great perks like unlimited PTO and good health insurance.

Svantaggi

Canopy's biggest problem is they constantly cut corners in order to try and make things cheaper, but in the long run it's made everything more expensive, which has resulted in mass layoffs (Ex: Hiring an inexperienced leader to save an extra $10k, resulting in major inefficiencies and poor decisions down the line). This largely comes from the CEO, who is a very down-to-earth, kind person, that doesn't know much about running a business.

The layoff - Canopy’s first - was specifically aimed at re-focusing the company to prepare for the next phase of growth. Lots of upper management changes, reducing work life flexibility, moving towards a corporate structure.
