They have one-on-one meetings frequently, take feedback seriously and are always striving to improve. 2) For a software engineer, few companies offer the opportunity to work with cutting edge technologies/languages such as Scala, Spark, Mesos. 3) Listening to customers is extremely important for growing a B2B company; something the company has been quite successful at doing. 4) Every single person in the team is an expert in their own away, and each person is always ready to share their wisdom. This makes it a great environment for learning.

1) Marketing analytics is very broad. Canopy Labs offers a lot of features as part of its product- the company could spend more time to figure out what its core competencies are.
