David the manager is awful, he hovers over and makes sure to control everything you do. They will lie to you. Not pay you the commission you deserve, and then put you on a performance plan and not give you real clear details why. They took away everybody's PTO so if they tell you that you have some it's a full lie. That want you to make this company your entire life and not let you have a life outside of this company. It used to be a fun company to work for until they hired David and now he is running this company into the ground. Because of David the entire Inside team has quit and he was left with nothing. If you make a simple mistake they will make you feel like awful for doing it and make you feel like you are ruining the company. There is also no real training, and you are left to figure out the products by yourself and hope that you're giving out the right information, and if you don't you are ridiculed for it. There is no real chance to move up in this company, and don't even consider asking for a raise. You will be laughed at.
