Supervisor will be a little unhappy if you are not in. - An unhealthy amount of internal meetings scheduled, resulting in employee unproductivity (weekly meeting that drags over an hour with nothing much but watching people finger-point at each other - if you like that type of stuff this is a pro) - Teams refusing to work cross-functionally; resulting in additional workload from other teams and getting blamed for not doing their work
