This organization does not learn from its mistakes. Constant turn over, distrust of leadership, a clear and utter lack of internal communication across business lines, and nepotism is practically in the tag line. They try to survey their teams but never actually adjust their behaviors. Senior leadership is outdated and willfully ignorant of the goings on at the company. The executive team are sure to tell you about their churches in your new employee orientation. If you try to make a suggestion, you’re either placated with a soft pat on the head or blatantly ignored. If you’re not part of the favorite crowd, you might as well sit down. Your voice will not be heard. You will be overworked, underpaid and under appreciated.

Retaliation is a real thing at this company, micro managing is another issue. There’s plenty more but I respect an hadful of individuals there that excel at what they do.
