The CEO and every single leader is fully onboard with remote work, so we feel trusted and valued. There's no pressure to come into an office and be online at all hours, and there are clear expectations on the output of our roles.

It's a startup, so be prepared to pivot or adapt when things don't go according to plan. Leadership and teammates are very aligned with this approach, but pivoting partway through the year does take mental strength.
