- Fully permanent remote working so depending on your working style, may not be suitable for everyone. Most team members are based in CA still but that has steadily been changing with new members across continental America. Working time zones is based on your location but all team members are expected to check in daily at 9am PT.
- AAA client work can sometimes demand extra hours during certain periods. This is not out of norm for any place doing AAA work and Capacity does a fine job of managing projects but it should still be noted for people to have realistic expectations.
