At times, deadlines can feel tight due to ambitious goals.

They take freshers without taking in any deposit/fee. A modest amount is offered to you which I feel would be less than sufficient to be spent on medicine at month end.That is where it ends

The team leads that you are assigned is less than a year experienced. You will get very little assistance. No training at all. No one knows anything about ERP. All are learners and they expect perfection. Projects given to team without even checking if the data necessary is available. And mind you, from day one you are supposed to stay over time till 8.30(working hours is 9-6) and hike back your way home as last bus from inforpark leaves at 7.30(mind you ladies too!!). Though Saturdays are officially off, you will have to come all day. The company doesn't even spent to install a punching system or a security pass. I myself joined this company with all glorious dreams to excel. I stays a mere two days and then I quit.
