We encourage employees to have open conversations about their goals with their managers, coaches, and HR Business Partners, who are there to provide guidance and support.
We also want to ensure that everyone has opportunities to share feedback and be heard. At Capco India, there are multiple forums available, including Town Halls and Huddle sessions, where employees can raise questions, share ideas, and influence how we continue to evolve. Our “Find Your Place, Know Your Impact” pillar reinforces this by encouraging individuals to take an active role in shaping their experience and contributing to the broader organization. Our recent engagement survey results reflect this.
