If you write from here to Pluto and back, the list still wont end.
NOT a meritocracy. You will see this pattern, people post here on Glassdoor repeatedly, HR responds with a template response. Obviously, if a majority of people feel that, which is evident in the reviews here, then they should accept it but not refute it.
If HR did not spend so much time on Glassdoor, maybe they'd fix real issues. Again NOT A meritocracy.
Promotions are a JOKE. If you fawn around senior partners, you will get promoted. NO consideration of actual skills and competencies
HR team is so full of ego and attitude. They really need a lesson in HR. Especially Resourcing Managers are the absolute worst. Have zero sense of project alignment. its first in first out policy for them
I think this is my personal experience and may not apply to the firm, but I did have a manager who had a liking for a fellow team member and always praised him and asked me to work like him. When his only qualifications were being tall and muscular. We had the same feedback from the client but she put me down always. So I'd say there is a huge favoritism problem here which I do tie back to the meritocracy issue.
Work is staff aug. RMs lie when interviewing. I was literally told on my third day that not everyone can get a good project, and we have limited strategy roles, They told me the exact opposite of this statement when interviewing, So a flat out white lie.
Also I think some reviews are just written in by the HR to bump up their positive ratings as this is such a crazy high attrition firm.
