Over the past few years, we have continued to consistently pay out bonuses when many in our industry have not, and to run two promotion cycles per year. There is clear promotion process along with guidelines in place – you can find full details of this on CapcoHub, but if you have any questions or concerns, you are encouraged to discuss these with your Coach or HR Business Partner. We continue to invest in talent at all levels including at Associate level, and we are currently in the middle of our second intake of the year for our Associate Talent Programme for Data & Consulting.
We have had a great year and our business is in growth mode - we remain focused on delivering an outstanding service to our clients while adding new clients and projects to our portfolio. There are many examples of this, and you can learn more about these at our regular Town Halls and through our leadership communications.
