Hard work and not for everyone

If you do your job well, there’s a lot of room for advancement and the pay is above industry average. This is the company everyone wants to work at if you’re in NC. The CEO treats employees well and goes above and beyond to support your success. There’s a culture at CFSS and it’s more like family. Everyone interacts and they host fun staff team building and training events. They are selective over who is allowed to sell solar for them (must have strong ethics and integrity) which is best for the customer. The philosophy is treat your employees well, they’ll treat your customers well, and your customers will take care of the company. So glad I joined 5 years ago. I could not ask for a better workplace!

Has outgrown current office space. Thankfully a new headquarters is currently being built so more space is only a few months away.
