Absolute Rotten - Recensione dipendente - Manager presso Capgemini

I am writing to share my experience during my time at ​Capgemini, as I believe it is important to provide constructive feedback for the benefit of the organization and future employees. It took me three months to join the organization, despite successfully clearing the interview rounds. The onboarding process was marred by numerous calls regarding my previous work experience, which felt more like an interrogation than a welcome. The nature of these inquiries led me to feel as though I was being scrutinized, as if the organization was doing me a favor by offering employment. Upon joining, I did not receive a welcome kit but instead was provided with a refurbished laptop that had multiple issues, from display problems to keyboard malfunctions. Additionally, I faced challenges with accessing important project reports, as I was tagged in projects without the necessary permissions. Throughout my three years with the organization, I observed a pervasive culture of politics, favoritism, and blame-shifting that affected all levels of staff. Unfortunately, this environment made it increasingly difficult to perform my duties effectively. Given my experiences, I cannot recommend ​Capgemini to potential employees. I hope my feedback can contribute to positive changes within the organization.
