Nothing, company is so disintegrated it is sometimes so hard to work with this company. Hard to keep up with the market as the company is so price sensitive you hardly get to enhance you skills.

No process what so ever, the PRM is the most disintegrated and the rest of the support services work in a similar fashion. KBS is one of the internal shared serivces centers in Capgemini and the way the team operates is similar to a family owned business. no clarity or visibility on why some people get promoted and some managers are just clueless.
