They are very prepared to invest in you, whether it is training or giving you days to work on 'giving back'. Most of the management are fab and super supportive. Most projects seem to have flexible working policies.

As with all consultancies, you could get landed on an unenjoyable project with difficult colleagues, it's just the luck of the draw. You could be asked to work away from home and stay in a hotel 5 days a week. Salary progression is slow (from what I've heard...)
