No hike or promotion. It takes 10 years to get promoted from manager to senior manager. No deal wins as they concentrate on acquisitions. People retire in the grade they join. It is the only IT company in the world to have Billions of dollars as debt on its balance sheet. No growth in revenue and profit for the last several decades. Hikes are a measly 1or2%. You need to service complete notice period even on bench. Most discriminatory variable pay policy in the world. If you go to onsite your designation will come down by 2 levels. Managers are very abusive. Keep on shouting like nuts.
