Cant really think of any pros. 1) Good medical benefits 2) Decent Salary

1) it is just a staffing (body shopping) company. I worked for Capgemini FS. 2) No sense of structure in the entire org. 3) Once you are assigned a project, you will just remain a name in Capgemini's spreadsheet for billing purposes. 4) No real conversations with managers/colleagues 5) There is no overall culture in the organization. 6) To get promoted, you will have to grease up your boss, your boss' boss and so on, with no real guarantee. It is sheer luck and if your manager thinks that you are useful to him/her, then there is a chance. otherwise , forget about promotions 7) No real hike.Just lip service (1-1.5K per annum is the avg hike) 8) Colleagues will hold information from you, thinking that you might benefit from that piece of information. There is no sense of belonging to a real team. Everyone is working in silos towards their own benefit. 9) No new projects or contracts. All the contracts are rewards to their competitors, which is shameful.

Great ppl to work with, very collaborative environment. Great benefits, WLB, and paid time off.

Brand and off shore could be better delivery, no incentives to retain ppl.

Pretty flexible. It's cool if you get on a project with a good client, because honestly you will become like a low-class employee at that company who they all dont care about and expect you not to be around very long so if you can deal with that then you can try and have a good time with them.

Honestly can't believe the audacity and entitlement of the middle management at this place. For example, last year everybody got about 3% merit raises (not at all keeping up with inflation but still something). This year, they were working with the same pool of funds to work with for raises, but made a "business decision" to consolidate the raises to only management. The rest of us got nothing. And the TOLD us they kept everything for themselves. And in addition to that, they twisted the knife by COMPLAINING to the whole department on a department call that their bonuses weren't enough. Just tone-deaf and careless mostly.
