i am working with Capgemini from last 4 years. Capgemini is a big brand and if you want to learn - the company provides all the facilities . May it be virtual trainings, class-room trainings, Certification exams- reimbursement of the money, decent hikes, project allocation as per your skill Mine is a service based job. What I observed positive in Capgemini are: Brand Value it has. Better work life balance. Diversity in projects in terms of timings. Good leadership who are not difficult to reach out to. Good opportunities to upskill oneself like library, certification programs, training sessions. I have personally not seen anyone badly treated here which is a great thing.
