They will listen competitor words but not employee words, Client given appreciation letter to me, but few top level management don't have knowledge what work is employee doing how important to the organization, I sent resignation as usual, They asked to shift to another project, I said, I need sometime to think about it, due to personal issue, with out notice they asked to relieve. I have confidence how to get a job, or atleast as freelancer I can work, at the time of reliving I saw lot of people like me, I laughed the behaviour of top level people and I left simply with out saying anything, I will not impact me, but it will impact for the organization, it's credibility, ethics, morals and values, I can't blame entire organization because of few people mistakes.
