Vantaggi

None, not a single pro in my experience.

Svantaggi

I want to share my personal experience, which may not apply to everyone, but I hope it offers some perspective: * There’s a lot of micromanagement, often from managers who aren’t technically sound and struggle with communication and leadership * The work culture can feel quite transactional, people ask for help but often don’t show basic empathy when you need support * Work-life balance takes a hit due to constant pressure and unrealistic deadlines * In an attempt to cut costs, freshers are assigned to critical projects, even when senior engineers find it hard to navigate the work — this just adds to the chaos * The desk booking system is a mess; I’ve literally seen people sitting cross-legged on desks because they couldn’t find a place to sit * The cafeteria turns into a sauna during peak hours — the ACs just stop working when you need them most * On low-attendance days, the air conditioning is turned off completely, even if you're one of the few working from the office * And something as basic as a coffee machine took over three weeks to get replaced — it says a lot about how little attention is paid to comfort or morale All said, this is just my experience. But if you’re someone who’s still driven, curious, or ambitious, you may want to think twice. Because in a place like this, it’s easy to feel that spark fade.

Vantaggi

there are no pros for this company

Svantaggi

I was laid off after spending several months on the bench, with "lack of available projects" cited as the reason. However, another consultant in the same role who was also without an active client engagement was retained. As a woman and racial minority, I could not ignore the disparity in how these decisions appeared to be made. Before my termination, I reported being recorded without my consent and raised concerns about conduct that I believed reflected implicit bias. I was referred to as "URM" instead of by my name or role, encouraged toward race based employee resource groups rather than meaningful career opportunities, and repeatedly advocated for fair project placement while on the bench. My employment ended shortly after I raised these concerns. Following my termination, I pursued the matter through the appropriate internal and legal channels. I provided documentation supporting my concerns and gave the company multiple opportunities to investigate and resolve the issues. Rather than meaningfully addressing the evidence or acknowledging the seriousness of the allegations, the company denied wrongdoing, offered what I viewed as a nominal severance, and declined to accept accountability. Employees deserve confidence that concerns about discrimination and retaliation will be investigated objectively and fairly. My experience left me with the opposite impression.
