- The company has become quite a-social. Not to much cooperation, internal kpi-driven competition, negative atmosphere, too much ego-driven. - The company is short term driven which withholds them from reinventing themselves. Strengthened by the traditional management and steering. - The vision on consultancy and doing business is too traditional, no internal reinvention and hard to advice companies from there. Strengthened by the fact that the most senior consultants are from the traditional world and holding back new views. Hierarchy (like all big consulting firms) is not giving enough way to young professionals which could help reinventing the company into a modern company. - If you are used to a more modern way of working you might feel you don't fit. - Because of this mostly 'body-shopping' and not the big interesting projects (not the right network)
