Great training. Les Fontaines is an amazing experience that I'll measure future training against. Relaxed company to work for, good people, not a bunch of suits. I am always surprised at the quality and intelligence of those I'm working with - some very high quality employees that work incredibly hard.

Most roles seem to be delivery / project management rather than thought leadership or creating anything particularly new. Lack of any work life balance - if a 9pm finish on a short day is your bag, this is the place for you! The company has some great ideas but doesn't back its employee's enough to deliver them due to delivery constraints.
