Management are always open to feedback and ideas, and there is a strong emphasis on collaboration and innovation. Engagements can be very different from each other- you may get a great role then move to something you don't find as interesting or challenging. There is also a load of internal work to complete as well as client work, which can sometimes be excessive but can be easily managed if flagged in time and organised properly. You also have to be prepared to travel often and stay away from home, often for the entire working week. However, the expense policy is generous and business travel is always comfortable, with travel times to client site taken into consideration. Honestly, there are hardly any cons for the Capgemini UK Consulting Graduate scheme.
