This is a company I would avoid working for at all costs... Senior Management are all extremely fake and only care about their own interests and success and will smile in your face and tear you down behind your back. The only thing that matters to leadership is how much revenue you can generate and how many deals you can ultimately bring in...very used car salesman vibes and a slimy culture to match. If you are an international worker, Capgemini will sponsor your work visa and take full advantage of your reliance on them to stay in the US. Please be warned. You will be treated like a pawn and leadership will knit pick every flaw you have to keep you from getting promoted because it reduces their profit margin.
