- Not very structured, standardised and organised in terms of methodologies (lack of documentation in one place for example). Way of doing things is dependent on individuals experience and keeps changing. - Limited integration into wider Capgemini and global communities leads to reinventing the wheel many times and missing opportunities for bigger deals cross-country or cross-business unit.
