- You can tell it's a small company that's grown quickly - some disarray internally in terms of standardisation of learning & development, how different offers / propositions are coordinated is fragmented
- Promotion cycles more based on story-telling than merit (although this is ubiquitous in management consultancy...)
- Approach to People Management could be better (people managers vary quite drastically in quality)

Great break rooms,
Free drinks and snacks, as this used to be a vending machine until it started costing money.. especially the Austin office.
Great receptionist, she was amazing always made sure every employee felt welcomed and ready to work

Terrible management, I mean seriously it’s a joke, you would think corporate America has been shaped slightly different but Jeesh, the Austin office is of two demographics,
As this company is really only 2 demographics sadly that is what is pushed on the US side, aside from developers whom are wonderful from the UK house.
