Vantaggi

Great benefits, health insurance paid at 100%. Despite upper management there are some really great on site staff still in the organization.

Svantaggi

Upper management treats ALL on site staff like they are idiots and worthless. I witnessed this with myself, my staff, and saw it with my colleagues at other properties as well. They expect high returns and blame site staff when there aren't but give absolutely no power to managers here. You have NO control over rents, marketing, staffing, or vendors. You are simply a "sales" manager there to pay invoices, collect rent and motivate employees. Which would be OK if they marketed it that way. However, when something goes wrong it shouldn't be blamed on the manager who had no control in the first place.

Vantaggi

Having a Regional Manager who is consistently engaged, supportive, and genuinely invested in the success of the team. Her involvement provided guidance, accountability, and a sense of stability that allowed staff to feel valued and supported in their roles.

Svantaggi

Be cautious of leadership figures such as David Chase and Rudy Camacho III. While they may present themselves as supportive, their actions show little regard for employee well-being, defaulting to the protection of “at-will” employment. Communication, clarification, and even corporate-authorized actions were mischaracterized as pushback or culture conflict, ultimately used as grounds for termination without fair opportunity to resolve concerns.
