If I could give 0 stars I would. This company may be a good way to get your foot in the door but be prepared to be overworked, underpaid, and under appreciated. Corporate is always making promises they can't keep in regards to commissions promised or rewards. Everyone there talks crap about everyone else like it's high school and they are quick to throw anyone under the bus to save themselves. Don't bother going above and beyond because your manager will take ALL the credit and not let your regional know. Expect to have major stress added to your life and it will effect your mental health. Worst pay in the industry too. LOOK ELSE WHERE! All truly good employees leave. Take my advice and save yourself.

Having a Regional Manager who is consistently engaged, supportive, and genuinely invested in the success of the team. Her involvement provided guidance, accountability, and a sense of stability that allowed staff to feel valued and supported in their roles.

Be cautious of leadership figures such as David Chase and Rudy Camacho III. While they may present themselves as supportive, their actions show little regard for employee well-being, defaulting to the protection of “at-will” employment. Communication, clarification, and even corporate-authorized actions were mischaracterized as pushback or culture conflict, ultimately used as grounds for termination without fair opportunity to resolve concerns.
