Everything! The pay been at the top of my list. Took nearly 3 months from when I started working there to have payroll correct my payment! They hadent a clue how to sort it and kept putting it back to me! Not sure how they have a job in payroll to be honest! It’s not like that money was great anyway but coming out with under €1000 a month for a 40 hr week was soul destroying and they couldn’t have cared less! The management? Well where do I start! Again not sure how they got their job because they were brutal! Only good at giving threatening emails if you weren’t getting over 30 emails/50 calls a day! And if you were to follow the process for creating a case and it came back from the workflow well you were in for it! I swear it was the worse job I’ve ever had and I once worked at just handing out leaflets! I think Uisce Éireann need to relook at the contract they have here and decide to go elsewhere because if they only knew how half of the agents are treated and the blame been put back on them for making the been treated like that I think they would be shocked!
