They are called this by the Private Eye for a reason Qualified Nursing staff who are employed to undertake the assessments are given next to no recognition as the clinical professionals that they are and treated with all the courtesy of a toilet cleaner. The auditors are totally inconsistent and seem to make it up as they go - Reviewer A could audit an assessment and decide its perfect;whereas Reviewer B could send it back as ungradable.
