Good money and as much work as you can handle

Being a contractor is a different type of work

Other contractors are generally good people

Top heavy company, poor pay, high fees, they micro manage their contractors, they find a new way to cut contract pay yearly, the warehouse managers are most incompetent but will work for less than the going rate elsewhere, HR/compliance is a complete joke.
