Design Team: An aspiring leader who has built a fully-rounded team of passionate experts who champion the user and good design across the business. Facilities: Beautiful and spacious new offices at the White Collar Factory in London with an abundance of quirky places to work and collaborate with others, either face-2-face or remotely via the Surface Hubs that are located throughout the office and meeting rooms. I’m especially excited by our purpose built, in-house Research Lab which we use to gather insights about our customers and evaluate products in development.
