Although I get good ratings it’s a terrible performance management model that treats people who are strong dependable performers as poor employees. You need to constantly shout about how great you are and ensure you only get involved in shiny stuff and avoid your core role to ensure your safe otherwise you risk a low rating. The people responsible for running the sessions are short sighted and I would not recommend to any grad or any other new starters in tech
