Vantaggi
-Great personal development opportunities both at the company and via outsourcing -Nice amenities at their offices (food and technology) -Bonus structure is OKAY -Fun events are typically great -Company offers swag gifts in abundance (obviously for marketing purposes but it's still a great idea) -Offers up to date technology to use at home (for remote and hybrid workers...which seems to be the bulk of employees now)
Svantaggi
-Their layoff policy SUCKS -The calibration process (aka "rank and yank") needs to be re-evaluated because why are you hiring weak people in the FIRST place? -They rate employees based on their "visibility" or, as I'd like to call it, their "ability to show up to the most 'circle jerks' possible" -HR often has to "re-evaluate salaries" and give employees astronomical raises (sometimes 5-10 years AFTER the fact) because the company discovered it wasn't paying the employees enough -A company of too many pizza parties and not enough cash spot bonuses -Preaches meeting reductions RIGHT before adding an additional 3 meetings a day to employee calendars -Famous for boasting of strong company profits and "caring about its people" before layoffs and then offering team building exercises post mass layoffs like nothing ever happened
