Some of the upsides to working at Capitol Glass were the employees I met.

Some of the downsides to working at Capitol Glass; self trained, some customers and employees are extremely rude, the owner does not put effort into the business, pay is not good especially considering when anyone quits or gets fired instead of hiring someone new to fill the position they take the work load and just give it to someone else without a raise, family owned so you have to deal with problems within the family as well, and the employees scream a lot about customers and to each other. Not a very professional company.
