- Open to flexible working hours, as long as your clear on expectations and get your work done. Results in promotions feeling adhoc and random, can result in non performing individuals not getting the attention required. - Engineering side of the business lacks ownership and direction - Prioritisation processes are in place but often get superseded by Support / Client Issues. This results in more strategic objectives being postponed and tech debt is not prioritised, which has a knock on effect on pace. - Company culture is diminished slightly, as have moved to predominately working from home

If you are looking to work in finance don't bother, little care for the finance department. Management don't value the work you do and always find a way to belittle your efforts to feel superior. Pay isn't even that great for what you do.
