Results in promotions feeling adhoc and random, can result in non performing individuals not getting the attention required. - Engineering side of the business lacks ownership and direction - Prioritisation processes are in place but often get superseded by Support / Client Issues. This results in more strategic objectives being postponed and tech debt is not prioritised, which has a knock on effect on pace. - Company culture is diminished slightly, as have moved to predominately working from home
