BluGrotto and GROW are both great programs, run by wonderful individuals. They are the only saving grace of this company.

Jim Tarantino yells, cusses, calls people names, and throws childish fits. Not much can be expected from a company with a CEO like Jim. The executive team truly does not care about employees. Everyone is disposable and replaceable to them.

We’re disappointed to hear about your experience. Capri recently completed it’s 2020 Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey. The overall survey rating was 4.3 out of 5.0. Our two highest ratings were an employee seeing themselves working for Capri a year from now, and referring someone else to work at Capri. Our two areas of focus for 2021 are fostering better work-life balance and increasing frequency of recognition from an employee’s manager. Capri’s motto is to “enjoy life” and that permeates from our residents to our employees.

The residents are the best part of the job.

Constant turn over at all levels: leadership, management, nurses, activity directors and housekeeping. Always short staffed and so those working feel overwhelmed and unable to provide more than the basic care needs for the residents.
